Home is where the heart is! Joy Anna Duggar told her Instagram followers in November 2019 that she and her husband, austin forsyth, were officially settle in a home after spending time living in an RV with her son, gideon. “So… WE BUY A HOUSE”, Joy captioned his first post about his house. “And yes! We plan to settle down and live in this one for a while! After a year and a half living in a camper, we’re done! I love living in the RV, but I’m ready for more space and a little more the organisation!”
She posted photos and videos of her property, adding: “This home has three bedrooms and three baths and is a very open floor plan! We’re just fixing the basics…new floors, trim, countertops [and] fresh paint! I think I want to go Scandinavian/boho/minimal all combined!” That… sounds a bit confusing, but obviously she knows her vision better than we do!
When Joy first announced that she and Austin would finally be staying in one house for a while instead of trading a property and moving on, fans were excited. “It’s going to be beautiful! Congrats!” one person wrote. Another said, “LOVE IT. So open and all one level. And that fireplace!! So comfortable.” Even some of her family members had thoughts. Cousin amy duggar king wrote: “I can’t wait to see!”
In April 2020the couple, who have since started vlogging on their Youtube channel, he took fans through the house and showed that he’s really starting to come together. While it was still a work in progress at the time, they revealed the furniture in their living room, a beautiful kitchen and all the plants they have at home.
“Hello, welcome to our house! Here we go on our big tour!” the video began as Joy introduced her “big open floor plan.” Since they moved, they officially Welcome baby No. 2 – daughter Evelyn Mae Forsyth — And now they are expecting their third child!
He Counting on alum announced she was pregnant via instagram on October 5, 2022. “Baby #3 is on the way!” he captioned alongside a photo of her and Austin holding an ultrasound, as well as a family photo of her with her two children.
