“Dina’s husband, David [Cantin]He called me because I’m a friend of David’s,” Joe, 43, explained in a confessional during the Tuesday, April 4 episode of the Bravo show.
Joe went on to claim that David, 43, and Luis, 47, argued over business, which led to Teresa, 50, and Dina, 51, having a fight.
“And it screwed up another relationship in Teresa’s life,” added Joe, who is Teresa’s younger brother.
Later in the episode, Joe continued to hit Luis while talking to his wife. Melissa Gorga. “That’s why I look at Louie like, ‘Shut up,'” she said. “I don’t want Louie to be fake and pretend to everyone because he just wants everyone to be nice to them. Because no, be real.”
“He wants to help everyone, he comes in as if he were God. Are [not] doing sh*t,” the father of three continued.
Melissa, 44, later weighed in on Teresa and Dina’s issues when the Standing Strong author revealed that her co-stars Dolores Catania and jennifer aydin they would serve as bridesmaids at her wedding to Luis.
The host of the “On Display” podcast speculated that Dolores, 52, was asked to participate in the wedding only because Dina chose not to participate.
“I heard that Louie and Dina’s man have a business discussion, these two are no longer friends,” Melisa said in a confessional.
Joe alleged that Luis had something to do with Teresa and Dina’s strained relationship a week after he claimed that his brother-in-law “fucked” him in a previous deal.
He recalled introducing Luis to a pizza oven concept that would honor his late father, Giacinto Gorga, during the March 28 episode. “Said [Luis], ‘It’s my idea, it’s my sister and I, and we will honor my father. We’ll call it Nonno’s Pizza,’” the reality star said. “He loved it.”
Joe then explained that his nephew ordered the ovens to start the business. “Louie puts up the money,” he said in a confessional. “I figure I’m giving 50 percent to my sister, he was getting 50 percent.”
“And then my nephew comes to my house and says: ‘Did you see that they tidied up the boxes?’ I’m like, ‘What boxes?’” Joe said to the cameras. “He’s like, ‘Your sister had a photo shoot with her and her girls, and they called it Skinny Pizza or something.'”
Joe said he immediately called Luis to discuss the claims, though he said he responded with “some lip service.”
“My sister, out of nowhere, says, ‘Did you put the fucking money in?’ I say that? You think she couldn’t put up $200,000?’” Joe continued. “I’m like, ‘It was my fucking idea!’”
The businessman said his fight with Teresa turned “ugly” before adding: “My sister used to say: ‘That’s why you don’t do business with the family!’ Bulls—t. You can do business with anyone if you go in with the trust and you’re not looking to cheat someone.”
