Cynthia House for Sale Amid Molly Lawsuit

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home was initially listed for sale March 17 at a price of $1,200,000 and was reduced 13 days later to a reduced sum of $999,999, according to a listing seen by In contact.

Cynthia purchased the home in October 2021 for the price of $89,000 and has completely renovated the space since moving in. In addition to being a new construction, the house sits on a private driveway, secluded from its neighbors and surrounded by trees.

The reduction in the price of housing occurs after In contact exclusively confirmed that Molly, 47, accused her ex 90 Day Fiancé: Pillow Talk partner for “stealing money” in the midst of settling his lawsuit regarding Cynthia’s competitor’s business.

During a court hearing on March 7, Cynthia allegedly agreed to sell Molly her share of her LiviRae lingerie business for $600,000, paid in weekly installments of $2,750. Later, Cynthia would be removed from her business accounts, according to documents obtained by In contact.

On the same day, Cynthia allegedly paid off her personal credit card statement with company money, added the business account as a payer, and paid off the entire balance. The emergency motion documents alleged that Cynthia transferred $10,000 to her personal bank account and withdrew $20,000 in cash. As a result of Cynthia’s alleged refusal to return the funds, Molly filed for an interlocutory injunction, which preserved the subject matter until the trial was over.

Cynthia has since denied Molly’s allegations and claims she is still a “50/50 owner of that business.”

My primary focus has been and always will be my daughters and their well-being,” she told the 90 days: the single life alum, who is represented by Dominique Enchinton, owner of Dominton Talent House, said in a statement. “It is extremely unfortunate that adults behave like this.”

Molly also filed a lawsuit alleging that Cynthia was violating her operating agreement, according to the lawsuit filed in Cherokee County, Georgia, on January 20, 2023, which was obtained by In contact.
