In April 2020, the former reality star opened up about her job after breast augmentation surgery.
“I am a stockist at Walmart. Basically, I lift heavy things and put them on a shelf, and I reach for them from the top shelf,” she told HollywoodLife at the time. “I went to work probably a week after I was home [from surgery]. I slept most of the time I was home, because I was away for a while. Then I went back to work.”
She went on to say that she was “afraid to go to work” because she still had stitches and was not fully healed.
“I was afraid that something would come out, but nothing happened. I finally took the tape off, probably a couple of weeks after I was home,” she added. “My work knew it. I told them exactly what was going on. They put me in small things, like cleaning the shelves, throwing everything in the trash.”

However, it seems that in the years since, Anna has had a career change.

Anna was diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal carcinoma in January 2023. The following month she underwent her first round of chemotherapy, according to TMZ, who first broke the news.
According to the National Cancer Institute, adrenal carcinoma “is a rare disease in which malignant (cancer) cells form in the outer layer of the adrenal gland.”
While she has yet to address the news publicly, Anna added four wigs to her Amazon Wish List as she reportedly started losing hair.
